Sketching is a great tool to explore with design ideas. There is no computer or any other form of obstruction when it comes to put the ideas on paper what you have in your head. But, yes your ideas go straight from your mind to paper through sketching, but if you have the skill set to use the computer as a tool to achieve your desired designs then you are able to accomplish great things. Note: do not let the computer obstruct your ability to design. Hold on to those sketches.
