Wine tasting lounge

This is where visitors may help themselves with wine on tap. The idea is to taste, mix and re-mix various cultivars in order to find the perfect blend to bottle and label. (This provides the consumer with an experienced-based product.) While enjoying a glass of wine, one can perceive how it's actually made by looking through the glass partitioning leading into the winery beyond.
